CONDITIONS TO ESTABLISH A REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN VIETNAM
Businessmen who are legitimate to get an Establishment License of Branch/Representative Office from the Vietnamese state must meet conditions listed below:
+ Businessmen is the owner of a company which is legally established at the its home country.
+ The company has come into operation for more than 1 year since the day its is legally established at its home country.
Notice: A legal Establishment License of Branch/Representative Office must be issued by one of the authorized agencies: The industry and commerce department of a city or a province. They also have to right to reissue, ammend, supplement, extend, revoke the Establishment License of Branch/Representative Office in Vietnam.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ESTABLISHING A REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN VIETNAM
- The business license of the company.
- The financial statements (audited) of the company.
- The charter of the company
- The contract on renting an office in Vietnam
- A certified copy the identity card/passport of the company's legal representative.

- Document 1 and Document 2 (above) must be consular legalized and translated into Vietnamese
- The office renting contract must be notarized or with a lessor who is a company can legally do business in the field of real estate.

- The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will represent customer to submit the documents to the Department of Planning and Investment.
- The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will track the handling process after the submission and send a notice about the result of the submission to customer.
- The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will represent customer to receive the Establishment License of Branch/Representative Office at the Department of Planning and Investment.
- The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will complete procedures for the company's seal.
- The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will complete procedures of text code and custom code registrations.

→ Time for approval: 25 working days since the day of submission.
