A. PROCEDURES AT THE VIETNAM NATIONAL LAW CONSULTANCY COMPANY
Step 1: Prepare necessary documents
The Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company sends the customer a list of nessessary documents which he/she must provide (These documents are listed below). During the step, the customer can contact us by email, phone, or directly for help if he/she face any problem. We are always ready to support.
Step 2: Prepare relevent documents
After receiving the documents sent by the customer, the Vietnam National Law Consultancy Company will prepare relevent documents.
Step 3: Send documents back to the customer to be signed.
Bước 4: Represent the customer to submit the documents and track the handling process until the barcode is issued.
B. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- A copy of the company's certificate of business registration in case of a manufacturing or trading company; A copy of the written decsion to establish the company in case of any of other kinds of company.
- A list of products for barcode issuance.
C. PROCEDURES AT THE VIETNAM STANDARD AND QUALITY INSTITUTE (VSQI)
The application and documents for barcode registration submited to The Vietnam Standard and Quality Institute (VSQI) will be handled with the procedures as below:

The Vietnam GS1 Southern Branch makes an annoucement of temporary issuance of barcodes and their usage |

|
Barcode Certificate Issuance
|
The Vietnam Standard and Quality Institute (VSQI) grant the Barcode certificate to the customer |
|
6
|
Barcode usage
|
The customer use the barcodes and pay for maintenance periodicaly. |
