- Step 2: Analyzing financial, planning and legal conditions related to the addresses following the requirement of the customer.
- Step 3: Representing the customer in negotiating and contract singing with offices/factories the seller/leaser.
- Step 4: Directly completing the rest of neccessary procedures so that the customer can receive a certificate of land use right and construction works (in case the customer has bought an office and factory).
